Falls Dam and the Hawkdun Ranges feel so remote and untouched, but the hay bales provide evidence of human activity in this vast landscape, along with the old fishing hut.

With this work I wanted to capture the clarity and crispness of the air we get here in Central Otago, on our cold, but still, winter days.
